1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital products provided by New Trails Creations (NTC).
By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Digital Content

All products offered by NTC are digital content within the meaning of EU and German consumer law.
No physical goods are shipped.

3. Prices & VAT

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT, where applicable, according to EU regulations.
VAT is calculated based on the customer’s location.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

According to EU and German law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, for digital content, this right expires once the download or access begins if the customer:

  • expressly agrees to the immediate provision of the digital content, and

  • acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

By purchasing and downloading our products, you expressly agree to this and waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with §356 (5) BGB.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are excluded once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

Refunds may only be granted if:

  • the product is proven to be defective, and

  • the defect cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • change of mind

  • lack of technical knowledge

  • server or script incompatibilities

  • failure to read the product description

6. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product.

You may:

  • use the product on your RedM server

  • modify the product for personal or server use

You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, or reupload the product

  • share the product with third parties

  • claim authorship or ownership

  • include the product in public or paid resource bundles

7. Server Limitation

Unless stated otherwise, each purchase is valid for one (1) server only.
Using the product on multiple servers requires additional licenses.

8. Updates

We may update or improve our products at any time.
Updates are provided voluntarily and without any legal obligation, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Support

We provide reasonable support related to:

  • installation

  • basic functionality of our products

Support does not include:

  • custom development

  • third-party scripts or server configurations

  • performance issues caused by external resources

10. Liability

NTC is liable only in cases of:

  • intent

  • gross negligence

  • injury to life, body, or health

For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
All products are provided “as is”.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable EU GDPR regulations.

12. Termination

NTC reserves the right to revoke licenses or access if these Terms & Conditions are violated.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Germany.

14. Amendments

NTC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version valid at the time of purchase shall apply.
